Additional security

All AmicoBlu vansinclude the following guarantees in the rental contract:
- Collision Damage Liability (CDW);
- Theft Protection Liability (TP);
- Third-Party Liability Coverage for third parties, things and animals (RCA), except for those transported with a single maximum coverage given in the AmicoBlu Rate List.

In the event of theft or damage to the rented vehicle, you will be required to pay a fixed excess based on the category of car, as given in the AmicoBlu Rate List.

Van cover

• SKO – TOTAL/PARTIAL COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
This option eliminates all liability for damage, except for van rentals or rentals beginning in the regions of Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Sicily, and Molise, for which a reduction of liability is provided as set out in the AmicoBlu Rates Leaflet.

• STP - SUPER THEFT PROTECTION FOR ELIMINATED/REDUCED THEFT INSURANCE
This option eliminates customer liability for fire to or theft of the vehicle, except for van rentals or rentals beginning in the regions of Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Sicily, and Molise, for which a reduction of liability is provided as set out in the AmicoBlu Rates Leaflet.

• STK - TOTAL/PARTIAL COLLISION DAMAGE AND THEFT INSURANCE
This option eliminates customer liability for damage to and theft and/or fire of the vehicle, except for van rentals or rentals beginning in the regions of Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Sicily, and Molise, for which a reduction of liability is provided as set out in the AmicoBlu Rates Leaflet.

• ESO - EXTENDED HOURS SUPPLEMENT
This option provides 1'59" of leeway in the rental end time, avoiding additional charges for a full day.

• SSP - SERENITY PACK
It includes all that is included under SKO, STP and PAI according to the economic conditions listed in the AmicoBlu Rates Leaflet.

Personal and luggage cover

• PAI - PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
The customer can subscribe to this cover for compensation, within the limits of the policy, for damages suffered by the driver as a result of accidents whilst driving the vehicle.

• PTI - PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
Within the limits of the policy this package guarantees:
- Against risks arising due to accidents suffered by the driver whilst driving the vehicle.
- Protection of baggage and personal effects.
- Medical assistance.

• SPI - SUPER PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
This package guarantees:
- Against risks arising due to accidents suffered by the driver whilst driving the vehicle, with a higher excess than that given by PTI.
- Protection of baggage and personal effect.
- Medical assistance.

Serenity Pack

To take care of all the safety needs of its customers, AmicoBlu has put together Serenity Pack. 

AmicoBlu trucks offer the customer a large number of safeguards. Some are included in the price, and some are available for a very small additional charge.

From today, Serenity Pack brings together most of these safeguards as a unique three-part formula that includes STP (Super Theft Protection option), SKO (total/partial collision damage waiver option)and PTI (Personal Travel Insurance) for just a few Euros more than buying any one of them singly. The price also includes a reduced deductible share, which is necessary in any case, to encourage careful behaviour and discourage imprudent driving.
